BONE STRENGTH CLASSES
Bone Strength...suitable for gym beginners and older adults, this circuit style class uses a combination of free weights, TRX, kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells and conditioning equipment ie ski, bike & row
BONE REHAB
This small class is suitable for older adults, total beginners to exercise, anyone rehabbing an injury or with a chronic health condition.
STRENGTH
Circuit Style class...a high level class using a combination of free weights, TRX, kettlebells, barbells, dumbells and conditioning equipment ie ski, bike, row
STRENGTH AND SWEAT CLASS
A circuit style class combining all elements of strength and conditioning and sprint interval training. Feel those muscles scream AND get your sweat on!
MAMMY & ME CLASS
A mum and baby class run by our instructor Lorraine. This class is designed for pregnant and post partum women. It is suitable for both regular gym goers and anybody new to exercise. Please note this class is run independently so please contact Lorraine directly lorrainekfitness@hotmail.com
MAT PILATES
